Marcelle Bienvenu shows you how to kick it up a notch
Pick up some kitchen pointers this weekend at Red Stick Spice Co. as celebrated cookbook author Marcelle Bienvenu shares her tips in a cooking demo Saturday at noon. A professor at John Folse Culinary Institute, Bienvenu is an expert in Louisiana cuisine who has worked with the likes of Emeril Lagasse and many more. Bienvenu will use fresh Louisiana corn and tomatoes to cook a maque choux and fresh tomato, olive and feta salad.
