LSU Museum of Art displays new sculptural installations

Nari Ward’s exhibit “Rooted Communities” will be on display at the LSU Museum of Art starting this Friday. Ward’s pieces are sculptural installations, composed of material collected from neighborhoods. The exhibit will run through Aug. 10. The museum is open Tuesdays-Saturdays 10 a.m.-5 p.m., Thursdays 10 a.m.-8 p.m. and Sundays 1 p.m.-5 p.m. Admission is $5 for non-museum members. For more information, click here.
