Louisiana Thursday night at the museum

Third Thursdays at the LSU Museum of Art have become quite a hit on the fourth and fifth floors of the Shaw Center. This Thursday, the party theme is Southern Comforts with music by Cohen & the Ghost and plenty of striking art to browse. Also playing are indie rock bands England 1819 and Prom Date. Firefly Vodka available for $3. 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Admission is $5 for MOA members; $10 for non-members. Free admission for those who sign up for membership. Members who bring two or more guests get membership discounts for the entire group.
