Louisiana: The Coffee State
When the French established Louisiana, the taste for coffee was firmly “planted” in the state. Thursday night, Elizabeth Williams, president of the Southern Food and Beverage Museum of New Orleans, will lecture on “Louisiana: The Coffee State” at the Old Governor’s Mansion, and coffee will be provided by Community Coffee.
