Louisiana Book Festival downtown
The 2012 Louisiana Book Festival happens Saturday, offering a world-class celebration of the literary arts. Book lovers of all ages will have the opportunity to interact with more than 150 writers, poets and storytellers and participate in a number of fun interactive events and activities. There are also food, music, crafts and exhibition tents of all kinds and it’s all free to the public.
