Local bicyclist group hosts screening of ‘Veer’

Veer, a movie that explores bicycle sub-culture and underscores an entire social movement in American cities, follows five people whose lives are interwoven with bike cliques. And Matthew Modine narrates the film. The screening at the Manship Theatre benefits Baton Rouge Advocates for Safe Streets, a nonprofit the promotes alternative transportation options.
