Little Theatre is ‘Crazy for You’

Bobby Child’s dream in life is to dance on Broadway. But the wealthy playboy’s scheming mother and fiancée are doing everything they can to scuttle his plans of stardom—starting by sending him away to a sleepy little town in Nevada that just might be in need of Bobby’s toe-tapping talents. This riotous romp through the 1930s features a rollicking score with tons of Gershwinian tunes you’ll recognize—from “They Can’t Take That Away From Me” to “Things Are Lookin’ Up.” Runs through Sept. 25 at the Baton Rouge Little Theatre.
