LASM Gala offers food, auctions, raffles and more

Slip into some cocktail attire for the 28th annual Louisiana Art & Science Museum Gala, an event to support the museum’s educational programs. Between the buffet and live music by Ned Fasullo & His Fabulous Big Band Orchestra, the gala will also feature a silent auction and a first glimpse at the museum’s new exhibition, “Fritz Bultman: An American Abstractionist,” which opens Saturday. Though admission to the event is free, $50 can get you a raffle ticket for an 18-karat gold and diamond pave bracelet worth $5,500. The event kicks off at LASM at 7:30 p.m. Friday.
