Grammy-winning Chris Thomas King, son of our beloved Tabby Thomas, will wow audiences with a solo performance at the Manship Theatre Saturday. Famed for his music and starring role in O Brother, Where Art Thou? and the later biopic Ray, he’s back in the basin to promote his new CD, New Orleans Calling. The new arrangements are meant to evoke the rich sounds of the French Quarter, and the rebirth of the city he loves.
