Kids’ chemistry at LASM

Children will be able to get hands-on with science in the Louisiana Art & Science Museum’s Kids’ Lab this weekend. The 45-minute sessions will feature chemistry workshops for children ages 6-12. This month’s experiment teaches children about emulsifiers and making hand lotion. You can reserve a spot by e-mailing [email protected]. The event is free for members and included in the price of general admission. Kids’ Labs start at 10:15 a.m., noon and 2 p.m. this Saturday.
