Judge not–or do–at the Art and Artists’ Guild Show

The Louisiana Art and Artists’ Guild Summer Judged Show opens Thursday at the Independence Park Theatre. Open to the public and featuring original works of art by scores of local artists, you might just find something that tickles your fancy. Winners won’t be announced until Aug. 2, giving you plenty of time to pick your favorites before the actual judging goes down. Gallery hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday through Friday.
