Juban’s continues to shake things up

A long-time Baton Rouge staple, Juban’s Restaurant  continues to wow diners with its unique twist on Creole fare with classics like the hallelujah crab and the Adrian. To keep things new and fresh, chef Terry McDonner has just revamped the lunch and dinner menus with a good mix of old standbys along with new items sure to become favorites. Also, 2008 marks the restaurant’s 25th anniversary. In celebration they’re shaking up the lunch scene by bringing back the “two martini” lunch (recommended only if you don’t have to return to work). With the purchase of an entree at lunch enjoy 25-cent vodka or gin martinis (limit two, please).
