Jay Ducote talks The Fourth Tier

This fall, resident chef and 225 contributor Jay Ducote had the opportunity to produce a teaser to a possible feature-length documentary called The Fourth Tier. The video explores the relationship between producers, wholesalers and retailers of beer as well as the effects that those relationships have on consumers.
