Igor hunchbacks into theaters Friday

This isn’t Notre Dame’s bell-ringer, Quasimodo. Voiced dryly by John Cusack, all the genius Igor wants to do is prove to his boss, evil scientist Dr. Glickenstein, that he’s more than his unfortunate deformity and earn the affection of his crush Gretchen by winning the local Evil Science Fair. But when he creates his own female version of Frankenstein’s monster, Igor falls in love with her and realizes mad science may not be all it’s cracked up to be. Jay Leno, Molly Shannon, John Cleese, Jeremy Piven, and Steve Buscemi co-star. Rated PG.
