Howl-o-ween Trick or Treat gives dogs their day

The Halloween season can be a fun time for your dog to get in on the festivities. BREC’s annual Howl-o-ween Trick and Treat event at the Raising Cane’s Dog Park lets owners and pets celebrate the spooky season with treats and a costume contest for the best-dressed pup.
