Most thought-provoking read: The Bible. When I’m in the deer stand, reading a few passages here and there, really makes me think.
Favorite blog and why: Mashable. Great social media updates. Definitely my go-to site when I need fresh content.
Favorite fictional character: Jim Carrey as Ace Ventura: Pet Detective.
Clothing/accessory you can’t do without: Shoes. I will not say how many pairs I own, but let’s just say it’s way too many.
Best place to meet up with friends: The Pelican House has been my new hot spot. Tons of beer on tap and plenty of delicious noms.
Ideal lunch date: A grilled shrimp salad from Superior Grill and some good conversation.
Coffee order: Venti Iced Coffee, 2 pumps sugar-free vanilla, 2 pumps sugar-free hazelnut. No milk. It’s 30 calories of pure deliciousness.
Ice cream flavor: Blue Bell Cookies and Cream. Delicious.
Best meal from the past week: Diver Scallops with Foie Gras over roasted corn grits from Pardo’s in Mandeville.
What is always in your fridge: Cheese. Never a day without cheese.
The best dish you can cook yourself: Venison back-strap stuffed with jalapeno/cream cheese and bacon-wrapped. I would be lying if I said I don’t make this a few times a month.
Accomplishment you are most proud of: Getting an awesome full-time job offer a week before I graduated from LSU. It made walking across that stage so much sweeter.
Who inspires you the most: My amazing girlfriend, Paige. She is the most selfless, driven and amazing person I have ever met. Simply being around her makes me a better person.
Who is the most famous person you’ve met? The late Pat Tillman. Former NFL player who left the NFL to serve in the United States Army after the 9/11 attacks. He was a true patriot.
Baton Rouge needs: Better cab service. I would love for Baton Rouge to be in the über network.
