Musicians come together for a benefit concert at Manship Theatre. The “Music in Our Schools” concert kicks off at 7 p.m. Thursday. The purpose of the event is to bring awareness to the importance of music programs in East Baton Rouge Parish and to showcase local talent. The event will feature student and teacher performances as well as a set from funk/soul band Phat Hat. Tickets are $25. Visit manshiptheatre.org for more information.
