Heads up: McMains hosts inaugural Sips Suds event

McMains Children’s Developmental Center will give Baton Rougeans a chance to tour and support its facilities at 1805 College Dr. next Thursday at 6 p.m. with the launch of its Sips & Suds Champagne and Beer Stroll. David St. Romain will perform and emcee the event, which also includes a tour of the McMains grounds to learn about the therapies offered. Sips & Suds will also include food from Acme Oyster House, DiGiulio Brothers, Indie Plate, Nothing Bundt Cakes, Edible Event, Sammy’s Grill and Capital City Grill. Tickets are $65 per person and $100 per couple.
