Heads up: Galatoire’s Bistro brings James Beard menu to B.R.

In March, Galatoire’s Bistro’s executive chef Kelley McCann teamed up with the original Galatoire’s and Galatoire’s 33 Bar & Steak executive chef Michael Sichel to bring a taste of Louisiana to the James Beard House in New York City.

Next week, Baton Rougeans can taste the menu. Galatoire’s Bistro hosts a James Beard Wine Dinner Wednesday, May 14, at 7 p.m. The menu includes a range of canapés such as steak tartare on gaufrette potatoes and crawfish deviled eggs with Maison sauce served with the sparkling Galatoire’s Brut Excellence, Cote-d’Or NV.
