Head to Hammond for the Louisiana Renaissance Festival

If you’ve got some time and gas money to spare this weekend, the Louisiana Renaissance Festival begins its November run in Hammond Saturday. Pack your best period garb and head out for a weekend of jousting, turkey legs, crafts, local merchants and music, all in the Renaissance spirit.
