Grab a beer for American Craft Beer Week
American Craft Beer Week is in full swing. You still have some time to celebrate by grabbing a specialty brew at your favorite Baton Rouge pub. Below, we’ve got a few special events you shouldn’t miss if you’re in the beer spirit.
Tonight, The Pelican House (Map it!) will feature Tin Roof Double Dry Hopped Juke Joint IPA at 5:30 p.m. The Bulldog (Map it!) will have a special cask of Stone Brewing IPA that is best served by May 17, the Harpoon Barrel Series and Brooklyn Brewmaster Series, all starting at 6 p.m.
On Friday, Tin Roof Brewery will host the Food Truck Friday event, benefitting Cancer Services of Greater Baton Rouge, at 5 p.m. The Bulldog will feature a cask of NOLA Brewing’s Girl Scout Cookie beer starting at 5 p.m., and the Samuel Adams Little White Rye at 6 p.m.

On Saturday, The Bulldog will have special taps of artisan brewers, such as Prairie ‘Merica, Brash Bullocks, Yeastie Boys and Pot Kettle Black, starting at 5 p.m.
On Sunday, The Bulldog will host a “pot luck” with leftover beers from the week.
