Girl Scout Centennial
Beginning this Saturday, the West Baton Rouge Museum presents a special celebration in honor of the 100th anniversary of the founding of Girl Scouts. Current and former scouts will love the museum’s display of local Girl Scout artifacts including uniforms, photographs, books, awards, crafts and badges. Groups can also make reservations for a special program with reenactor Linda Collins, who performs as Juliette Low, the founder of Girls Scouts of America. Weekend times are available at the museum.
