Get your paddles ready for a battle

Test your paddleboard skills on the LSU lakes this weekend. Muddy Water Paddle Battle returns Saturday at 8 a.m. at Baton Rouge Beach at the Milford Wampold Memorial Park (901 Stanford Ave.). Muddy Water Paddle Company hosts the event, and it includes one- and two-mile standup paddleboard races, a three-person relay and a kids’ race. People of all skill levels are encouraged to register.
