Get your backyard chicken on
Slow Food Baton Rouge is offering urban agriculture classes this fall on several topics of interest for urban foodies, including raising backyard chickens, composting, gardening in small spaces, cheese making, sauerkraut and basic fermentation and using dried herbs from the garden.
All classes take place in the Burden Center’s conference room (Map it!) unless otherwise noted. Pre-registration is required for all classes and is found on the Slow Food Baton Rouge website here.
