Get your art fix with LPB Art Rocks

Public broadcasting is good for a lot more than documentaries and Downton Abbey. Louisiana Public Broadcasting will host LPB Art Rocks at its headquarters on Perkins Road Friday night, showcasing hundreds of pieces of art donated by more than 270 artists all over Louisiana in hopes of promoting art appreciation. Starting at 5:30 p.m., the free event will also offer food, drinks, live music by the Michael Foster Project and artists painting in-person throughout the night. For more information, click here.
