Get out with indie films at LSU

Now in its ninth year, the Cinema Club at LSU hosts the always wild Outhouse Film and Video Festival at the Bo Campbell Auditorium on the LSU campus. Outhouse features an eclectic mix of do-it-yourself films submitted by college students and young regional filmmakers. This year’s top nominated films include Charlie LaVoy’s 17-minuted drama Head, which screens at 4:35 p.m. on Sunday, March 30, and Danny Bourque’s 10-minute comedy The Toaster that Toasted the Golden Toast, which screens at 5:50 p.m. on Saturday, March 29. Before Toast, at 5:30 p.m. Saturday Crane Films presents its series of recent shorts. For a complete line-up and more information click here.
