New Orleans’ Dirty Bourbon River Show is a dark carnival of sound, a rock-stomping mix of piano, bass, horns, hip-swinging beats and the crooning, gravelly voice of lead vocalist Charles “Big Charlie” Skinner. Founded by multi-instrumentalist impresario Noah Adams, the band sashays their way through their sets with the sinister aplomb of a back-alley burlesque show.
