Get creative at LASM

The Louisiana Art & Science Museum hosts another edition of its monthly program Viewing and Doing Art! Saturday, 10:30 a.m.-2 p.m. This event is perfect for children 6-12. In this month’s program, participants will discover how paper is made. Be prepared to get a little messy as your children will have fun creating and learning about paper. The workshop is included in admission, which is $7.25 for adults and $6.25 for children 2-12. This Sunday is also the monthly First Sunday, where patrons can view and look at exhibits and more at LASM for a reduced admission and at the USS Kidd and LSU Museum of Art for free 1 p.m.-5 p.m. Get more information here.
