Head downtown in a white shirt and prepare to have colorful fun at this weekend’s Color Run. The 5K kicks off at 9:45 a.m. Saturday at 301 Lafayette St. in the parking lot next to the downtown Hilton Hotel. Sign-in starts at 9 a.m. Founded in 2012, The Color Run is less about running to get your fastest time and more about having the time of your life. At each kilometer, runners will be doused in color. At the end of the festival, there will be a big party with music, dancing and massive color throws. The event is $45 for solo runners, and $40 for team runners.
