Get a taste of Bin 77 with a special Thursday night menu
Since Chef David Dickensauge started at Bin 77 this summer, he’s been kicking the flavors up a few notches with Thursday night specials. The weekly three-course menu is always different with seasonal dishes paired with a wine for $35 per person.
Tonight’s menu starts with an apple and endive salad with smoked pistachios, pickled pomegranate seeds, Prosciutto cracker and creamy herb dressing, paired with Zocker Gruner Veltliner. The second course is a Hudson Valley Foie Gras Brűlée with red heaven peach and pineapple tomatillo salsa, applewood smoked bacon, roasted figs, Brioche Fresh toast and bitter chocolate paint, paired with Gustave Lorentz Pinot Gris. The final course is a roasted beef ribeye and braised oxtail with salt roasted turnips, golden chanterelles, roasted marrow béarnaise and horseradish puree, paired with Gimblett Gravels Bordeaux Style Blend.
