Get a sneak peek of 18Steak’s upcoming Grey Goose pairing dinner

In two weeks, L’Auberge Casino & Hotel Baton Rouge’s fine-dining restaurant 18Steak will host a Grey Goose vodka pairing dinner. 18Steak Chef Troy Deano is currently preparing the menu for the five-course meal. Deano says one of the featured courses will be “Duck Duck Goose,” which includes duck confit, fried duck liver and slow-cooked goose breast, paired with Grey Goose Cherry Noir. The dinner starts with cocktails at 6 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 30. The meal will be served at 7 p.m. Tickets are $125. For more information and to purchase tickets, click here.
