Galatoire’s Bistro celebrates the Purple and Gold

Galatoire’s Bistro (Map it!) is starting an LSU football-themed tradition. Each Friday, the restaurant will feature a happy hour starting at 4:30 p.m. that includes signature cocktails such as the French 75, Capital City Sazerac, Pomegranate Collins, Plymouth Breeze, Bengal Blueberry Lemondrop and select glasses of wine for $5. Select draft beers will also be available for $3. The happy hour also includes complimentary appetizers such as soufflé potatoes, Cajun boudin, smoked salmon rillette and braised duck spring rolls.
