From 225—Dining In’s summer lunch for two
Stephanie Riegel and Tracey Koch have prepared quite a menu in the July issue of 225. The two cooks love the lazy pace of summer. It’s the time when school has been out for weeks. The hectic pace around the office has slowed as folks take off for vacation. The heat might still be unbearable, but this is the perfect time for a light, refreshing and relaxing summer lunch for two.
