From 225: Dining In—Game night
The fall harvest and hunting season inspire this month’s menu from 225 contributors Tracey Koch and Stephanie Riegel. Though cooler temperatures mean hunting season for much of south Louisiana, you don’t have to be a hunter to prepare delicious fall favorites like crispy roast duck. This month’s menu includes that duck recipe as well as fall vegetables roasted in duck fat, a mixed green salad with apples, toasted chickpeas and pepitas, and a butter rum pecan pie.
