From 225: A look at the new Zorba’s

One of Baton Rouge’s most cherished restaurants, Zorba’s Greek Bistro, has returned. In the latest issue of 225, our secret reviewer returns to Zorba’s to try out the latest and greatest dishes from owners Dinos and Polina Economides. Our reviewer tries out a favorite—the flaming cheese dish Saganaki, asking, “How can you go wrong with tableside Greek pyrotechnics and aqueous cheese?” There’s also a taste of Lamb Carpaccio, Spitini (beef tenderloin stuffed with cheese, pine nuts, salami and tomatoes), Psaropita (a crisp fillo with cheese, crab and shrimp), and the famous Potatoes Fournou.
