From ‘225’: A look at Stab’s Steak and Seafood

Though it’s easy to get comfortable with Baton Rouge dining options, areas like Central are on the up-and-up when it comes to high-quality establishments. Stab’s Steak and Seafood, a new fine dining restaurant at 13438 Magnolia Square Circle, is just one example.

In the latest issue of 225, our resident restaurant reviewer gives readers a taste of Stab’s menu. Though the restaurant is on the pricey side, the dishes were consistently good, including the pan-fried fish that “tasted so fresh it was practically flopping” on the plate and the perfectly cooked prime rib.
