Fourth Rambo DVD: Guilty pleasure or snoozer?

Who knows what they’ll call the next one. Rambo, a follow-up to Rambo III, follows the titular Vietnam veteran and one-man killing machine as he joins mercenaries invading war-torn Burma to rescue a group of kidnapped Christian aid workers. When a film stars Sylvester Stallone and has the tag line “Heroes never die, they just reload,” you kind of know what you’re getting in advance. Rated R.
