Food with form at LASM
The Louisiana Art and Science Museum teams up with the American Institute of Architects Baton Rouge and the Greater Baton Rouge Food Bank for the unique design and building competition, Can-Struction. Teams from area design, building, and business firms have built fanciful sculptures made entirely of cans of food and other nonperishable food items. Don’t miss the fantastic structures created, on display for a limited time! Best of all, after the display closes, all food will be donated to the Greater Baton Rouge Food Bank.
