5 a.m.: Clif Bar and 2 cups of coffee, followed by a 7-mile run
6:45 a.m.: Scrambled eggs, whole wheat bagel with peanut butter and jelly
10 a.m.: Spinach salad with cucumber, carrots, red bell pepper, edamame, grilled asparagus and feta
1 p.m.: Banana and yogurt
3 p.m.: Hummus with Wheat Thins and coffee
6 p.m.: Grilled pork tenderloin, steamed broccoli and a Sierra Nevada Pale Ale.
