Fleming’s names new chef partner

Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar in Baton Rouge has named local chef Cullen Lord as the restaurant’s new Chef Partner. Lord, a graduate of the Louisiana Culinary Institute, spent three years apprenticed to Chef Phillipe Parola of Paris, France. He’s also served as executive chef in several high-end restaurants, including Primo’s and Louisiana Lagniappe in Baton Rouge. “”I am grateful to have been given the opportunity to be a part of the Fleming’s family,” says Lord. “It is a company with a great reputation and operates a beautiful facility.”
