Fitness junkies host Tread or Treat Fun Run ahead of Halloween

Get a head start on burning off those candy calories with the Tread or Treat 1 Mile Fun Run, hosted by local fitness center Tread BR and Lululemon Athletica. The run will be kid-friendly with snacks and face painting, and treats for grown-ups include giveaways from both sponsors. Meet at Baton Rouge Beach at 4 p.m. Wednesday to loosen up before taking off for the mile-long run. Find out more about the event here.
