First Wednesday at Baton Rouge Gallery

Tonight, the Baton Rouge Gallery hosts a free “First Wednesday” opening reception for four unique bodies of work from artist members Jenny Authement, Mary Claire Delony, Paulo Steven Diniz and Theresa Herrera. Enjoy Authement’s unique look at waterfalls through her sculptural reliefs, Delony’s playful yet thoughtful journey through an unusual farm, Diniz’s black and white urban photography and Herrera’s charged and socially conscious paintings while you sip wine and nosh on hors d’oeuvres. The exhibition will be on display through Dec. 27. 7 p.m.-9 p.m.
