A fire last December closed The Jambalaya Shoppe formerly located in the Tara Place Shopping Center on Old Hammond Highway.
Now, the restaurant’s franchise owners, Chuck and Cynthia Lavigne, have posted a sign on the former business announcing a relocation and pointing customers to a new website.
