The LSU Museum of Art celebrates the opening of a new exhibit, “The Visual Blues,” with a reception Friday. The exhibit showcases the interaction between Harlem Renaissance artists and blues and jazz musicians from the South who moved north. Admission for the 6 p.m. reception is $10 for non-museum members and free for members. The exhibit will be on display through July 13. For more information, click here.
