Explore the universe with 3-D mapping Friday night

Bring the entire family to this in-depth tour of the contents and structure of the universe. Via the world’s most extensive, accurate, 3-D mapping software, visitors will travel to the edge of the known observable universe, have an up-close encounter with spectacular planets, star clusters and stars of the Milky Way Galaxy. The LASM planetarium staff constantly integrates new discoveries into this exciting program. The audience is invited to ask questions and participate in this far-out journey starting at 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 10 at the LASM. $8 for adults, $7 for children and seniors.
