Oil and water do mix in the latest edition of the Louisiana Art & Science Museum’s program. Children ages 6-12 can explore the dynamic world of chemistry in this weekend’s Kids’ Lab. Participants will learn the role emulsifiers play in hand lotion, then make their own. Saturday’s labs kick off at 10:15 a.m., noon and 2 p.m. Additional labs take place Sunday at 1:30 p.m. and 3 p.m.
