Enoteca Marcello Executive Chef Brock Miller, 21, found his way into food as a teenager, when a professional chef and longtime friend from New Jersey moved in temporarily with Miller and his family.  Household dinners went from prosaic to inspiring, and Miller fell into the role of sous chef. “One Thanksgiving, we did a 12 course tasting meal with things like sushi and oyster shooters instead of traditional dishes,” he recalls.
