The walk-up burger stand holds a certain mystique for Mid-City mechanic Blaze Ragusa. “My family used to stop at one on Airline Highway near Prairieville. There was something about it,” he recalls. “They served the best darn burgers.”  So five months ago, when a take-away stand near Ragusa’s Automotive became available, Ragusa jumped. Brothers Barbecue headed for Addis, so Ragusa installed a new grill and began serving old-fashioned burgers, dogs, chips and cold drinks. “It’s been a lot of fun so far.
