Don’t ‘Bully’ me

Director Lee Hirsch’s year-long investigation into peer-to-peer aggression within five schools across the country finally lands in theaters Friday with Bully. The documentary follows the lives of students, family and entire communities impacted by horrendous acts of physical violence and psychological torture perpetrated by students against students and how some counselors, parents and civic leaders take action to protect their children. The film features candid interviews with children who have been bullied as well as well as harsh language caught on tape as bullies attack their victims. Rated R.
