Dinner, top chefs at White Oak

Help fight child hunger by eating a five-course meal Thursday, June 19 at the Taste of the Nation benefit for Share Our Strength, a charity that has already raised more than $70 million around the United States and Canada. Presented by Raising Cane’s, the event at White Oak Plantation includes an entrée by John Folse and delicacies from the city’s finest chefs. 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Tickets are $100 per person, or $1,500 for a table of 10. $50 more gets you into a 6 p.m. VIP cocktail reception.
